In fitness, through Alloy Personal Training, ReiForFi helps adults rebuild health, strength, and confidence through science-based, relationship-driven coaching. The same values that guide their investments—trust, alignment, and accountability—shape the experience inside every studio.

Brea is the founder and visionary behind ReiForFi. What began as a personal search for financial freedom has grown into a mission-driven company helping others align their wealth, health, and purpose.

Her path to real estate began in 2017, during what she calls her “catalyst experience”—a season of deep personal and professional change. Within a single year, she ended a decade-long relationship, left a career she loved in academia, moved across the country, and found herself in a corporate job that lacked the freedom she valued most. That moment became the turning point. Instead of staying stuck, Brea rebuilt—with purpose. Real estate became her path to independence, impact, and alignment.

Since then, she has built a portfolio of more than 170 units across Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Colorado, Arizona and Nebraska. Her strategy combines rigorous analysis, structured systems, and strong relationships. Brea’s academic background—earning a Ph.D. in Biobehavioral Health from Pennsylvania State University and serving as a professor of public health—gave her a unique edge. She learned how to manage complex data, lead teams, and uncover what truly drives human behavior. Those same skills now guide how she builds partnerships, manages assets, and leads ReiForFi’s growing portfolio.

As the lead of Private Lending, Brea stewards capital with discipline and transparency. She builds trust through clear communication and consistent results, ensuring every lender feels informed, respected, and valued. For Brea, relationships are the foundation of business. Each partnership reflects ReiForFi’s values—Integrity in Action, Aligned Partnerships, and People Over Transactions. She believes wealth should not be built in isolation, but in alignment with others who share the same principles and purpose.

Brea’s leadership extends beyond real estate. She is also guiding ReiForFi’s expansion into Alloy Personal Training, where the company helps adults restore health, confidence, and strength through intentional movement and accountability. To her, financial health and physical health are deeply connected—and both are essential for a life lived without limitation.

Today, Brea continues to lead ReiForFi with clarity, curiosity, and conviction. Her story embodies the company’s mission: to transform lives through purposeful investing, intentional health transformation, and uncompromising integrity.

Bostyn is the operational heartbeat of ReiForFi. As Chief Operating and Financial Officer, she turns the company’s vision into action—building the systems, structure, and financial discipline that keep ReiForFi’s real estate and fitness operations running with precision and integrity.

With over a decade of experience in government and defense program management, Bostyn has led high-stakes projects exceeding $2 billion in portfolio value, delivering critical insights to Department of Defense and White House officials. Her ability to analyze data, manage timelines, and lead cross-functional teams has defined her career. Those same skills now form the backbone of ReiForFi’s daily operations.

A former Division I athlete in women’s soccer, Bostyn brings a competitor’s mindset to every challenge. She understands that excellence is built through consistency, clarity, and teamwork—the same values that guide ReiForFi’s culture. As the company’s second-in-command, she ensures that every process, partnership, and property aligns with the mission to transform lives through purposeful investing, intentional health transformation, and uncompromising integrity.

Bostyn leads the financial and operational strategy across ReiForFi’s portfolio of 170+ real estate units in Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Colorado. She oversees budgeting, forecasting, asset performance, and team coordination, creating efficiency without sacrificing care. Her systems ensure that every dollar, deadline, and decision moves the company—and its partners—toward long-term alignment and stability.

Her structured approach and steady leadership allow ReiForFi to scale with confidence. She manages the details so the vision can expand, embodying the company’s values of Disciplined Decision-Making and Integrity in Action. ReiForFi’s success depends on her ability to see both the big picture and the fine print—to turn mission into measurable results.

Beyond the business, Bostyn is a mother of two who values health, balance, and time outdoors. She believes strong families and disciplined systems are built the same way—through consistency, clarity, and care.

Logan leads ReiForFi’s operational systems, property management, and fitness expansion with structure, strategy, and purpose. Drawing from over a decade of leadership in tactical and athletic performance, he brings precision and discipline to every aspect of the business.

Before real estate, Logan served with the 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) at Fort Carson, Colorado, where he played a key role in transforming their human performance facilities from 7,000 to 42,000 square feet. His work supported elite operators through physical readiness, injury recovery, and mentorship—developing both people and systems that drove long-term success. He also contributed to professional sports organizations, including the NHL’s Colorado Avalanche, and held coaching roles at multiple Division I universities. Logan holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska–Kearney and maintains both CSCS and RSCC*D certifications.

In 2020, Logan expanded his expertise into real estate investing, leveraging his construction background and analytical mindset to build a diverse portfolio of over 100 units across Pennsylvania, Nebraska, and Colorado. At ReiForFi, he helps to oversee renovations and network development, ensuring every project meets the company’s standards of quality, efficiency, and integrity.

Logan also leads ReiForFi’s Alloy Personal Training operations, guiding the launch and management of franchise studios. He designs systems that balance performance and people—building teams, processes, and spaces that reflect ReiForFi’s belief that health and wealth are inseparable. His leadership ensures each studio delivers an experience rooted in respect, accountability, and care—core elements of ReiForFi’s mission to transform lives through intentional health transformation.

Across all operations, Logan embodies Disciplined Decision-Making, Integrity in Action, and Relational Excellence. His structured, people-first approach keeps ReiForFi aligned and moving forward with purpose.

Outside of business, Logan enjoys strength training, woodworking, and grilling for family and friends. He finds fulfillment in creating, connecting, and helping others grow stronger—in body, business, and life.
